Bosch Communication Center - Facts and Figures

Despite the large acquaintance of the brand Bosch in the markets of household appliances and powertools, Bosch is not very much known as outsource partner for customer care acitivities in the Netherlands. We provide services for the Bosch Group and also service external parties.

Bosch Communication Center the Netherlands is a 100% daughter of the Robert Bosch Group and belongs to the division Security Systems. We are established on the campus of the Radboud University Nijmegen. This location gives us the possibility to build up knowledge, select high-quality employees and develop innovative ideas. Furthermore we chose for this surroundings, because the region has good facilities and a thorough infrastructure. As well the working climate is very favorable. At this moment we have 200 seats (expansion possible) and approximately 250 employees. The percentage employees with fixed contracts is relative high and not many people leave the company. This makes that we can keep acquired knowledge and further expand knowledge. On our site in Nijmegen we serve customers in the dutch, german, english and french language.
